Party Time!


Tomorrow is my "baby's" 2nd birthday party. He officially turns two on Monday. We are just having a few family members over. We are making homemade pizza which I have to say, is the best you will ever have!! We are making cupcakes and are going to let each kid decorate their own with icing and sprinkles. Their parents are gonna love me!! LOL.

I just cannot believe we are at 2 years old already! Time is flying by and I need it to slow down! Cohen amazes me everyday. His silly grin melts my heart. He is growing so fast that I am kind of sad. I just want him to stay a little boy longer!

I love you, Baby Boy! You light up my life everyday! Every issue I had while pregnant was so worth it!!

I am tired. I am tired of giving all without being filled back up. I am empty, my needs have all been placed on the back burner. I have got to start taking care of myself properly. It is okay to put your needs first. Let My Life Be The Proof

I struggle daily, with this at a follower of Christ. Am I speaking words that speak the love of Jesus? Am acting how Jesus would act when I am faced with trials and temptation?  Am I showing love to my fellow humans, even if we do not agree on certain topics? Am I being to a light those who need it most? Are my words being followed by actions of love? If I do not love, I have nothing. Jesus told us that the greatest of these is love. So Excited!

I went to Wal-Mart last week and they have their Christmas stuff out!! We bought 3 tree ornaments. I have already bought gifts for my brother, brother in law, father in law, sister in law, my mom, nephew, and the 3 kids my kids play with all the time. I am so proud of myself so starting my shopping so early! I am desperately trying to be finished before the rush starts. It was so fun to watch Cohen get excited about the display trees and their lights. His eyes were full of wonder and excitement. I cannot wait for the holidays to begin!
