One Step At A Time...

We finally have sunshine after a very rainy period. My kids are loving the outside world! It is fun watching them get dirty like kids are suppose to get! My little diva has even be digging in the dirt! I am loving the fresh cut grass and running around in my bare feet! Summer is here and I hope it stays for a long time. Saying a prayer that I don't jinx it but we are all healthy! No sickies in my house! We are all happy and loving life. Daddy is working again! The kids and I are adjusted back to our pre-layoff routine. Life is good and so is our God!

My good friend Alissa and her family are starting the process of rebuilding their lives. They went through and survived the devastating tornado that just ripped through Joplin, Missouri. They lost their home but by the grace of God all made it out alive. They found a new rental today and now are starting to rebuild their lives. They have a 5 yr old "C' who fights juvenile diabetes bravely everyday, cutie 4 yr old "E" and sweet 3.5 months baby "B". I am just asking that you keep them in your prayers as they start this new path in life. I thank Jesus everyday for sparing their lives during that horrible tornado. Alissa you are a wonderful friend and I love you, Daniel and the boys dearly. You are so courageous and brave! If you need anything, I and all of your other friends are here for you! Please keep the city of Joplin in your prayers too. There are so many devastated lives who are homeless, with out medication, lost family members. My family's praye...

This warm and than cold days caught up to us. We caught the spring cold! Those darn germs found away in! Oh well at least it is only a cold and nothing more serious! On a happier note, hubby is back to work! He went back yesterday with a raise! God is totally taking care of us! My faith gets deeper in Him everyday! Has your faith increased lately?

Just taking a few minutes to wish all you moms out there a very Happy Mama's Day. You are each special and are doing an awesome job! Keep loving and growing with your children. To My Mom, what more can I say but that I love you! If it was not for you than I would not be here! To My Grandmothers and Aunts, you are extra moms that God gave me and I love you! To My Mother In Law, thank you for raising an amazing son. He is my rock and I thank you and God for him everyday.

My iPhone is in transit to my house. It is suppose to be delivered by the end of the day! Apple is replacing the phone for me, which makes me very happy! My next computer just may be a Mac! In other news, I have started to make hair flowers. I am knitting them though. Pictures will follow when I get my camera charged and my model is happier lol. :o)
