Two Resolutions Started.


Well I started the gym yesterday! I did the circuit for 3 rounds. I am exhausted but my body is not really sore. I am sure after my next workout, it will be screaming.  I have a great workout partner whom I love :O)!

I also started my new cleaning “program” yesterday. Basically I wrote down all my daily, weekly, and monthly  chores on 3x5 cards. I made a weekly divider. The daily ones stay in their day file. Every week and month gets put into a day file when their time comes. Today I have all my Tuesday chores on my fridge and as I do them, I simply put the card back in it’s file. I have tried lists and I always lose it. This way I see the cards everytime I go into the kitchen. They are there, glaring at me until I do them and put them away.  I got the idea from this site. Now I have to work on making these two things happen daily. Here is to forming new habits and routines!
